Pregnancy is a process of sacredness-- a place when the body is home. and the heart is made a universe of love. This is an easy flowing yoga practice which is designed specifically to expectant mothers, to make them deep-breathe and move tenderly, and be in touch with the miracle that is within them.
🌸 1. Heart–to–Baby Breathing (5 minutes)
Sit on the ground, close the eyes and put one hand on the heart and the other hand on the baby bump. Take a slow breath in... taste the warmth swelling out of your breast to your belly. Exhale softly... out of the load shed all the anxieties.

🌼 2. Cat & Cow Flow — Awakening the Spine
Go on hands and knees. And as you breathe, raise your heart, and make your belly swell. Breathing in and out, round your back, making love.
This current cleans back agony, opens the body, and makes room to your baby to develop in peace.
Sit erect, and pull the soles of your feet, and make your wings fall. Your hips relax... your breath deepens... and your body rips open gloriously, As a flower to the morning light

🌙 4. Side-Lying Crescent Stretch
Keep lying on your side with a pillow on your belly. Keep your upper arm stretched up in the air till your entire being is long like a silent stream. Breathe into your ribs... let your body soften... sink your child in ease.
🌻 5. Goddess Pose of Strength and Grace
Keep legs apart, knees bent. Put hands on belly and you will experience a very strong flow of energy. You are creating life. You are a goddess of power, affection, and attractiveness.
This pose strengthens your legs and opens your hips with grace.
Lower yourself down to the ground, releasing your knees wide apart.
Rest your forehead on the palms of your hands or a soft pillow.
Let the earth hold you.
Let your breath be soothing to you.
Here, where it is so quiet,
feel your baby resting with you…

Lie on your left side, using pillows for support.
