Morning Routine
1. Wake Up Early
Wake up at the same time every day and establish a good body clock.
2. Hydrate and Stretch
Drink one glass of water and some light stretch or yoga to energize the body.
3. Check on Your Plan
Take 5–10 minutes to glance over your schedule and to prioritize your tasks for
the day.
Study Habits
4. Pomodoro Technique
Study with focused 25-minute blocks, followed by 5 minutes of break in between, and after four cycles, a long break.
5. Tough Topics First
Do those tough topics when your mind is fresh and more alert.
6 Daily Reflection
The re-reading and reflection about the material collected during the day would only take around 10-15 minutes.
Daily Task
7. Daily Exercise
Daily exercise of around 20 – 30 minutes should be incorporated wherein jogging, playing sports, or taking walks should also be included.
8 Hydration and Nutrition
Incorporate pre-planned nutritious meal comprising protein-rich and carb-rich sources due to which your energy levels remain active throughout the day

9. Reflect and Plan
Think of how much you can get done today, what do you think should you set the target for tomorrow
10. Sleep Hygiene
Try a calming before bed with maybe a book, a moment of reflection, or writing before ensuring yourself that you had sufficient hours of rest of around 7 to 9 hours
