          Below is the schedule in bullet points so that one can read them easily

Morning Schedule
. 6:00 - 7:00 AM Wake up, freshen up, a little bit of exercise or do some yoga .                                            Have a cup of coffee or tea together
. 7:00 - 8:00 AM Plan and breakfast together, talk about what will be done that day.
 


Working or Personal Schedule
. 8:00 - 9:00 AM Reading, Meditation, Hobbies, etc. 

. 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM   Work or House chores with your profession.
                                        Mid-day break
. 1:00 - 2:00 PM: Take a bit of time and share how it has been, what went on over lunch.  
                       Afternoon task
. 2:00 - 5:00 PM: Do work/ projects/ errands for yourselves.  
                      Evening unwinds
.  5:00 - 6:00 PM: Take a walk, catch your breath/veg. or watch a bit together.

.  6:00 - 7:30 PM: Cook dinner together (or take turns) and have a quiet meal.
                       Quality Time
. 7:30 to 8:30 PM: Team time, be it playing games, going out to watch a movie, or just                                   having real conversations.


Wind Down
. 8:30 to 9:30 PM: Wind down and read a book, journal, or warm soak in the tub.

Bed Time
. 9:30 to 10:30 PM: Bed time, reflecting on the day that has passed and preparing for                                      the next.
. 10:30 PM: Bed time, so one's rest will be more refreshing and restoring.
                                                            


Additional Tips
. Date Night Once a Week: Reserve one day in the week for date night for some fun                                                          evening or a romantic dinner.
. Shared Responsibility: Do your household chores in finding the middle ground.
. Surprise Your Mate: Surprised each other sometimes helps foster the interest and                                                    excitement of relations.
. Personal Space: Space for individual development and activities is necessary.
